Today W&G filed a class-action lawsuit against hospital chain, Vidant Health, which operates 9 hospitals in Eastern North Carolina. The Complaint alleges Vidant has deceptively hidden prices and charged rates grossly exceeding any reasonable value for the health care services provided.
